Projects
Project management to group your team’s work.
Rearranging a front desk, preparing an opening, training a new hire: some tasks belong together. A Rythmelia project groups them, with an objective, a planned timeline and the people involved.
Every module is included for free during the beta.
Create a project in a few fields
Give it a name, a description, objectives, a start date and a planned end date. Choose a status (Planned, In progress, On hold, Completed) and a priority. You can create the project on your own and add members later.
Find the project’s tasks
The Tasks tab lists the tasks linked to the project. From the Tasks page, the project filter shows the same ones in the Kanban or the calendar. A task can also exist without a project.
Follow progress
The overview shows progress, calculated from the project’s tasks. The Activity tab lists tasks completed in recent days. The Members tab shows who takes part, and can be changed at any time.
