Time tracking
Time and attendance tracking for your team.
The schedule says what was planned; time tracking says what happened. In Rythmelia, the team clocks in and out at a kiosk on site, and the manager finds everyone’s hours, day by day.
Every module is included for free during the beta.
Set up a kiosk on a tablet or a PC
In “Kiosks and credentials”, add a kiosk and activate it on the device with its single-use code. Each member of the site gets a PIN, a badge or a QR code. At the kiosk, they type their code or hold up their badge: the arrival or departure is recorded with the time.
Read clocked hours, day by day
The “Clocked hours” page shows a table per member and per day, with the weekly total. Each day is compared with the schedule: late arrival, early departure, extra time, absence. A missing departure is flagged, never filled in automatically.
Correct, validate, export
Enter a forgotten clock-in or correct a time: the correction carries your name and its reason. Then validate the days without issues in one action. The Excel export contains validated hours per member, the detail per day and the gap with planned hours.
Frequently asked questions.
- What is the difference between scheduling and time tracking?
- Scheduling describes planned working hours. Time tracking records actual arrivals and departures, then shows the gap between the two. Time tracking also works without a schedule.
- Do we need special equipment?
- No. A tablet or a PC on site is enough for the kiosk. If you use badges or QR codes, a USB reader plugs into that device.
