Multi-site
Several sites in the same organization.
Every Rythmelia organization starts with one site. If you have several, we switch on multi-site at your request: you then declare your other sites and assign your teams to them.
Every module is included for free during the beta.
What changes with several sites
An “Operational site” selector appears at the top of the application to move from one site to another, or show all sites. The schedule filters by location, and each site has its own time clock kiosks.
How to switch it on
Write to us or book a demo and tell us how many sites you have. We move your organization to multi-site mode; you then create your sites yourself, from the application.
Belonging to several organizations
One person can belong to several organizations, for example two separate companies. The “Switch organisation” menu moves from one to the other without logging in again. Each organization keeps its own data, roles and modules.

- Can we manage several locations?
- Yes, once multi-site is switched on. An organization starts with a single site, and activation is done on request, through our team.
- What is the difference between several sites and several organizations?
- Sites belong to the same organization and share its teams and settings. Two organizations are separate: a person who is a member of both moves between them through the “Switch organisation” menu.
