Terms of use

These terms of use govern access to and use of the Rythmelia platform, published by Randriamanoro Finonatsoa. By creating an account, you accept them.

1. The service

Rythmelia is an online team management platform that brings together scheduling, tasks, CRM, a knowledge base, communication and activity tracking.

2. Access and account

Using the service requires an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for actions taken from your account and for the accounts you create for your employees.

3. Pricing

The service is currently offered free of charge. If paid plans are introduced, you will be informed in advance and remain free not to subscribe.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service for unlawful purposes or in breach of the rights of others;
• attempt to compromise the security or proper operation of the platform;
• enter data you are not authorized to process.

5. Your data

Data entered in Rythmelia remains your property. You are responsible for its lawfulness and for informing your employees. Its processing is described in the privacy policy.

6. Availability

We make our best efforts to keep the service available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Interruptions may occur, in particular for maintenance.

7. Liability

Rythmelia is an organization tool. Decisions made based on the information it contains, including regarding working time, remain your responsibility. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect damages.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend an account in the event of a serious breach of these terms.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may change. You will be notified of any significant change before it takes effect.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Malagasy law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, the competent courts of Madagascar shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rules that apply.
